The Fallot Mustard Mill is the last independent ‘Burgundy Moutarderie’ (that’s ‘mustard mill’ to us). Still housed on its original premises in Burgundy, France, Edmond Fallot is a family-owned business established in 1840. They are proud and protective of the Dijon tradition, and are the only Dijon producer that still uses the traditional stone mill method to make Whole Grain Mustard.
