We deliver to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Great Britain due to administrative hurdles. We are able to deliver to EU countries on request. Contact us at info@thecounterdeli.com to find out more.

Deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are €7.99. If you spend €100 or more, delivery is free!

We work a lot with businesses both large and small in respect of corporate gifts. We can also help ensure that they get there safe and sound should you wish to have them delivered. can i make my own hamper?
Of course! Whilst we have a wide variety of gifts set up and ready to go (see our "shop gifts" section) you are more than welcome to put together your own hamper, including items that your intended recipient will love!
We have included a “Make Your Own Hamper” item in the online shop in the gifts section - this covers the cost of the hamper box. Add that to your basket, and then shop away to include what you like in it!

Click & Collect
Orders for collection in-store can be placed on our website 24/7.
These items can be collected during our store opening hours Tuesday-Friday 8.30am-4pm, and Saturday 9.30am-5pm. Please note: Due to the licensing laws, any hampers, including alcohol, must be collected in-store after 10:30am.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready to collect in-store.
If you need your order urgently, drop us a line at 074 9120075, and we can try to facilitate it.
Eircode & Telephone Number
Please ensure when placing order you include both a phone number and Eircode/postcode for the delivery address.
If you do not include an eircode or postcode, it can lead to a delay in the delivery and we may need to use the recipient’s contact number to obtain directions to their address.
DPD may use the recipient’s contact number to advise of a delivery arrival, allowing the recipient to change delivery day/time if needed.
Dispatch & Deliveries
DISPATCH
Dispatch of orders takes place Tuesday-Friday.
We aim to have same-day dispatch for all orders received before 10.30am, however, this may not be possible at extremely busy times.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email including a DPD tracking number.
DELIVERIES
We ship all orders through DPD for next-day delivery (weekdays only).
Any orders placed after 10.30am on Friday may not be dispatched until Tuesday as DPD do not operate on Saturdays, and we are closed Sundays. Please bear this in mind when ordering. A tracking number will be emailed on dispatch.
Can I Specify A Date for Delivery in the Future?
You can order gifts in advance, then specify the date you would like us to dispatch using the special instructions box in the checkout area of the website (dispatch days are Tuesday-Friday - we are closed Sunday).
Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date for orders sent through DPD only when we hand them over to DPD. Generally, DPD operates next-day delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed. DPD delivery days are typically Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday deliveries.
