This bread mix (Made by Wild Fuchsia Bakehouse in Dunfanaghy, Co Donegal) is easy to make and quick to bake, giving fantastic results for even the novice baker. Only two additional ingredients needed. We prefer to use buttermilk but milk or any plant based alternatives such as rice milk will work equally well and 1 egg.
